All he had to do was take a pair of pliers and yank really hard and it came out....
....actually we just used some dental floss. The tooth was pretty loose already, so it just took a little yank.

First Missing Tooth
I mentioned in a previous post that Anson had a loose tooth. Well with a little help it finally came out.
